KSU Walk is designed to offer an appealing retail and leisure experience, enhanced by extensive landscaping, water features and green areas. It creates an oasis of elegant relaxation and outdoor enjoyment for the residents.
The concept design for the Bergeron Centre is fully rooted in the academic mission of the school and translated into a design that is bold, original and iconic.
The individual unit layouts were inspired by the design sophistication of many of
the world’s notable boutique hotels whether it be their size, degree of openess or luxury of finishes.
The sleek white design of Phase 2 stands out as a luminescent jewel against the industrial feel of the buildings surrounding it.

UAE has been an Oasis for Cultural Fusion. Open Doors, Open Minds, Happiness, Giving & Tolerance, has been our inspiration to propose a free-zone as World Community Center. An Ideal to host spiritual conventions and retreats from east to west.
The building is envisioned to have a podium with the tower on top.
