IC-2 has been designed to become the North Campus Hub for technologically enhanced learning, student services and social life. The 18,000 m2, five-storey building will contain 21 classrooms of various sizes and configurations ranging from a 500 seat theatre-in-the-round auditorium to smaller 24 seat active learning environments.

Dubai has made a global reputation for itself as the home of a number of impressive, over-the-top luxury hotels, and its newest hotel, currently under construction, fits the bill perfectly.
Designed by ZAS Architects, the hotel will house 450 hotel rooms and 280 residential suites, offering unique amenities including a manmade beach, aquarium, infinity pool and trampoline park. But those aren’t the only factors separating this hotel from the rest.
The Rosemont Hotel & Residences, which is set to complete in 2018, would feature a 75,000-square foot rainforest in its basement.
The hotel, designed by ZAS Architects, will be accommodated by a 47-storey tower that neighbours a twin tower of the same height housing 280 residential properties.
