The building is envisioned to have a podium with the tower on top.

The building is envisioned to have a podium with the tower on top. It is proposed to have commercial areas on the Ground and Mezzanine levels including conference facilities and restaurants on the top of podium floor (1st Floor). Commercial activities include, food courts, convenience stores, gift / flower shops, travel agents, printing facilities and cafes. All the intermediate podium levels serve the purpose of car parking for the tower. A split level terrace garden has also been proposed on the top of podium levels. The total no. of leasable typical floors are 40 with one mechanical floor occurring at the 20th Floor Level. In association with Arabtech Jardaneh.
