Island G21, the World

Building some of these structures on the water, both in the form of bungalows and mid-rises, provide exclusivity to the units.

This 17 acre artificial island is part of the “World”, which is an ambitious land reclamation project just 20 minutes by boat from the mainland of Umm Suqeim and 30 minutes from Jumeirah fishing harbour.
Having an upland area of around 11 acres, this high-density integrated island resort development comprises of a marina to serve the entire development, high-end chalets/bungalows, mid-rise condominiums consisting of 1, 2 & 3 bed room units, and one luxury private villa. Building some of these structures on the water, both in the form of bungalows and mid-rises, provide exclusivity to the units. Guests, who disembark from their boats, can pass the time in the visitor’s centre in the middle of the island, or walk among the lushes landscape, or relax and enjoy any of the many private beaches along the ocean, which makes it an ideal place to enjoy the good life.
