Comprised of studio units as well as one, two, three and four-bedroom units, Merano Tower will also feature retail shops on the entrance level, linked to neighboring colonnades, and a beautifully landscaped pool terrace on top of the tower’s podium.
The design intent was to optimize efficiency in design, allowing units to boast unobstructed views over the Dubai Canal and the surrounding properties.
