Combinations of space combine to create an overall area of 40,000 sf. The ground floor consists of three large training rooms and one large multi-purpose space that will provide ongoing training for franchise owners. A large open lobby with skylight and water feature provides ample area for open discussions and interaction among teachers and students. The second floor is primarily management offices. A feature stair with skylight above interconnects the second floor with the main entry and lobby space below. Offices are constructed using state of the art demountable systems furniture and workstations.
