Islamic Development Bank Residences

The IDB tower proposes a hybrid model for urban life that embraces the city, pulling it in the heart of the units, while still offering large open spaces that otherwise are only available on the urban fringe.

Adding to our already massive list of stunning, proposed architectural endeavors is the B+G+P+25 Floor Residential Tower designed as residences for Islamic Development Bank’s Corporate Staff in Jeddah, KSA. This luxurious residential high-rise covers approx. 106,740 sq.m of area and would feature open balconies, dramatic vistas, and a striking vortex-like public space located at the heart of the structure. The IDB Staff Residence aims to provide 25 floors of residential living space in the bustling city of Jeddah in addition to a lavish living environment and experience for residents.

The IDB tower proposes a hybrid model for urban life that embraces the city, pulling it in the heart of the units, while still offering large open spaces that otherwise are only available on the urban fringe. Creating a more livable urban typology we are working towards a design where the city does not stop at the front door but extends into and enlivens the home.
