The Rosemont Hotel & Residences Dubai (née The Rosemont Towers), designed by ZAS Architects is slated to feature a 75,000-square-foot manmade outdoor rainforest with a beach and stream and trees that spray mist to water the other plants.
Answering the client’s vision to bring a technologically advanced, family-focused development to Dubai’s ultraluxury market, ZAS Architects Dubai was engaged to design The Rosemont Hotel and Residences.
According to Dubai based design firm ZAS Architects, the company’s next big project is a five star hotel in Dubai with a rainforest and artificial beach.
