Designed by ZAS Architects, the hotel will house 450 hotel rooms and 280 residential suites, offering unique amenities including a manmade beach, aquarium, infinity pool and trampoline park. But those aren’t the only factors separating this hotel from the rest.
The Rosemont Hotel & Residences, which is set to complete in 2018, would feature a 75,000-square foot rainforest in its basement.
The hotel, designed by ZAS Architects, will be accommodated by a 47-storey tower that neighbours a twin tower of the same height housing 280 residential properties.
