Normative renovation

The finished offices emphasize Normative’s need to work together with their clients and in project teams.

Located in Toronto’s electric Kensington Market, this warehouse used to house a vacuum parts packaging company. Normative, a team of
30 software developers and designers, hired ZAS to renovate one
floor within the space to create a flexible and collaborative space. The finished offices emphasize Normative’s need to work together with their clients and in project teams. Much of the workspace is dedicated to facilitating collaboration and interaction. One side of the office houses full-time staff, while the other side is dedicated to open stations for clients to come in and work with the in-house team on various projects. Workstations vary from standing desks to smaller rooms with rollable whiteboards for quick prototyping and ideation.
