The Hershey Centre

The multi-purpose, $30M complex represents a significant step in the creation of a recreational precinct for this rapidly growing city.

This multi-award winning complex serves as the home venue for the Ontario Hockey League’s Mississauga Ice Dogs. It is also the flagship component of a high performance sports park, which includes the main stadium arena and three community ice rinks. Within the 5400-seat main stadium are 27 private box suites, club lounge, central public restaurant, offices and various retail shops. Designed to accommodate major sporting events, trade shows and entertainment activities, this facility was designed and constructed in 12 months using a fast-track mode of construction management. The arena bowl enjoys superior sightlines to ensure an intimate viewing experience, one that places the patron as close as possible to the floor level and without any visual obstructions. The multi-purpose, $30M complex represents a significant step in the creation of a recreational precinct for this rapidly growing city.
