Tajoura Gardens Master Planning and Residential Development

Our Vision was to recreate a community that integrates modern functionality and living standards, and maintains its relationship with
the local cultural and the climate of the region.

Our Vision was to recreate a community that integrates modern functionality and living standards, and maintains its relationship with the local cultural and the climate of the region, a city that seamlessly integrates urban living, community life and traditional values, a neighborhood that has cultural, social, political and economic logic in terms of physical fabric, layout and use, a community that integrates both the present and the future, a design with a comfortable human scale that reflects the aspirations of the community. The need and the requirements of all mixed use developments are met in terms of utilities, services and infrastructure, a dynamic neighborhood that reflects the socio-cultural nature of the region, a district that respects the complexity of the site topography and responds to the core values of environmental sustainability, cultural stewardship and socio-economic viability, a design that focuses on environmental issues and enforces the environmental laws of the state.
