Prominently located opposite the Kingdom Tower in Riyadh’s Central Business District, Al Obeikan Tower will be a proud new addition to the increasingly dramatic built skyline of Riyadh. Optimally located, this 28-storey tower will be a mixed-use tower of a 5-Star Hotel operated under the Brand Hilton, Retail, high-quality office space and 4 basement of parking totaling 50,000m2 of floor area. We were appointed as the Client’s Representative and Project Manager for the project. We have also provided Value Engineering services on the project during the design and tendering stage. Upon successful completion of the design and tendering stage, We have also been appointed as the construction managers for the construction phase of this prestigious project.
