Al Barsha Boutique Offices

Balancing a desire to create a classically inspired and ordered architecture with that of a modern office building the design explores this duality in terms of aesthetics, technical detailing and enhanced environmental performance.

This new office building has been designed to address the specific office requirements for an area of Dubai known as the Al Barsha First district. Balancing a desire to create a classically inspired and ordered architecture with that of a modern office building the design explores this duality in terms of aesthetics, technical detailing and enhanced environmental performance. Using a palette of modern building materials that includes glazed curtain wall in combination with various suspended veneer systems, the design capitalizes on the advantages of technical building excellence for it’s target tenants interested in “boutique-style” office space. The specific characteristics of the 20,000 m2 office building includes three levels of underground parking, ground level retail and six levels of office space above. The amenity floor, which features a prestigious health club, is located on the top floor and will enjoy panoramic views across the Al Barsha First district.
